Designed exclusively for The HUB by, our program draws on the expertise of Lauren Weeks and Anthony Perrissini - internationally recognised hybrid coaches and athletes known for delivering results-driven, accessible training

Our coaches are qualified health professionals and accomplished HYROX trainers who combine sharp technical knowledge with a warm, community-first approach. They’re here to guide every session with precision, humour, and a genuine commitment to helping you move and perform at your best.

2. Parking

By car, The HÜB is just a 2-minute drive, a 5-minute bus ride, or a 10-minute walk from the heart of Huskisson.
There’s plenty of free onsite parking available for all members, including dedicated disabled parking positioned right next to the front door for easy access.
And because no gym is complete without its fur friends, we’ve even created a dedicated puppy parking bay - making The HÜB as welcoming for your four-legged companions as it is for you.
